高校教师工作满意度的调查研究

A Survey of Teachers' Job satisfaction in Colleges and Universities

文章运用问卷法和访谈法对高校教师工作满意度进行了调查研究。调查得出:高校教师工作满意度的总体状况较好;不同职称、性别、学科的高校教师的工作满意度有显著性差异;不同教龄、学历的教师在工作满意度上无显著性差异。根据调查结果,提出建议来提高高校教师的工作满意度。

In order to improve teachers＇ job satisfaction in colleges and universities, the article adopts questionnaire survey and interviewing method to make a study on it. The findings are as follows： The overall situation of teachers＇ job satisfaction is relatively good; teachers with different professional qualifications, in different sexes and of different subjects have obvious differences in job satisfaction; teachers with different teaching ages and educational levels have indistinctive differences in job satisfaction. According to some findings, the article puts forward some suggests to heighten teachers＇ job satisfaction in colleges and universities.
