张家口地方高职院校“工学结合”人才培养模式建构的研究

Constructive Research of Personnel Cultivation Mode of "The Combination of Working and Learning" in Zhangjiakou Local Higher Vocational Colleges

"工学结合"人才培养模式是以培养职业人才为主要目的、将学习与工作结合在一起的育人模式。以张家口地方高职院校"工学结合"教育的现状为例,提出立足服务当地经济社会发展、构建具有张家口地方特色的高职教育"工学结合"人才培养模式的策略和建议,为地方高职院校更好地培养高端技能型人才提供参考和借鉴。

Personnel cultivation mode of ＂the combination of working and learning＂ is an educational mode of combining working with learning.Its main purpose is to develop professional talents.Taking educational status of ＂the combination of working and learning＂ in Zhangjiakou local higher vocational colleges as an example,we focus on ensuring service on local economic and social development,building the strategies and recommendations of personnel cultivation mode of ＂the combination of working and learning＂ with Zhangjiakou local characteristics of education and providing reference and experience for training sophisticated skillful talents for the local higher vocational college.
