论高职院校开展成功素质教育的几个问题

On Some Issues about Quality Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

培养高职生成功素质已经成为高职教育的重要目标。高职成功素质教育要以培养高素质、高技能的"双高"人才为旨归,从高职生的实际出发,切忌攀高求大,不要希望一蹴而就,应体现专业特色,容许差异性发展,并引入企业文化。

Cultivating higher vocational students＇ success qualities has become an important goal of China＇s higher vocational education.Higher vocational success quality education should aim at cultivating ＂double high＂ talents,i.e.graduates with high qualities and high skills,and as far as the real situation of higher vocational students is concerned,higher vocational education should embody its specialized characteristics,tolerate students＇ development in different ways and introduce entrepreneurial cultures instead of setting unachievable goals and dreaming of building Rome in a day.
