摘要
时代需求与挑战促使高等职业院校必须成为负责任的机构,这是高等职业教育本身内蕴的目的性所规定的价值诉求和应然结论。通过论述高等教育社会责任的内涵,分析高等职业教育面临的时代需求与挑战,进而聚焦高等职业教育的社会责任理念构建。
After credit system reforms, there is a big change in teaching management in higher vocational colleges. Based on customer satisfaction theory, this research has made a survey on service satisfaction of teaching management in higher vocational colleges to understand the present situation in teaching management service after the reform. It has also provided an empirical basis in order to improve service quality in teachin~ management.
