随着旅游业的发展,旅游景点的竞争也日趋激烈,景区、景点的管理者开始思考如何发展的问题。文章结合尚湖风景区的实际情况,对其进行SWOT分析。在分析了尚湖风景区优势、劣势、机遇、挑战的基础上,尝试提出了一系列促进尚湖风景区发展的应对措施。

With the development of tourism,competition among different scenic spots is becoming fiercer.How to develop fast is a big question which managers of these spots have begun to consider about.In this paper,the author makes a SWOT analysis in consideration of the actual conditions of Shanghu Scenic Spot.Countermeasures are suggested after analyzing the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges of Shanghu Scenic Spot.
