"The Integration of Doing,Learning and Teaching":A Preliminary Study of Xu Dechun's Ideas and Practices of Vocational Education

"做学教合一"是民国时期由陶行知等人提出并得到广泛实践的一种职业教育理念,它强调职业教育要以"做"为核心,强调教师在"做"上教,学生在"做"中学。中华职业教育社社员徐德春第一次将其系统化、理论化,并将之付诸具体的职业教育实践—徐氏职业学校—之中。

＂The integration of doing,learning and teaching＂ is a notion of vocational education raised by Tao Xingzhi and other educators during the Republic of China.The notion was widely practiced and it advocated that vocational education should center on ＂doing＂ and both teaching and learning should be based on ＂doing＂.Xu Dechun,a member of China Vocational Education Society,took the lead in systemizing and theorizing the notion.He also put the notion into vocational education practice by establishing Xu＇s Vocational School.
