摘要
高职院校要培养的是创新能力,而不是创新成果。高职生以现有的基础知识来创新,质量不高、成功率极低,所以创新要求有比较全面的基础知识。4F学生管理模式在高职学生创新能力培养中有着重要的作用:教育者要以开放的心态去接受新的想法,对学生的创新给予信心和希望,对学生的创新不是苛求而是欣赏,并引导其思路,以解决实际中存在的问题,达到创新的目的。
The educational aim of vocational colleges is to develop innovative ability rather than to make innovative products. If vocational college students attempt innovation with existing knowledge, the results are either of low quality or of low success rate. Successful innovation requires comprehensive basic knowledge. 4F Student Management Model plays an important role in cultivating students' creativity. Educators should accept new ideas with an open mind, impart confidence and hope to their students, appreciate instead of criticizing their innovation and guide them to solve practical problems so as to achieve innovation.
