从建立人力资源强国以及目前的"民工荒"、城市人口老龄化趋势等方面分析了加强新生代民工教育的重要性。分析了新生代农民工教育需求的特点,从改革招生制度、实施柔性教学管理、加强师资队伍建设等方面提出了成人高等教育改革的具体措施。

In this essay,the importance of enhancing the education of new generation rural workers is discussed from the aspects of building country of profound human resources,rural workers in short supply,aging of urban population,etc.Through the analysis on rural workers＇ education demand,the essay proposes the specific measures for adults＇ vocational education innovation from the following aspects： enrollment policy innovation;flexible teaching management implementation;construction of teaching staff,etc.
