文化自觉自信自强是高职院校战略发展的生命线

Culture consciousness,Self-confidence and Self-esteem are Lifeline of Strategic Development of Vocational Colleges

学习领会中共十七届六中全会关于文化发展的精神,应该根据高等职业教育的特点和规律,综合把握高职院校文化发展的根本。增强文化自觉、自信、自强,要把文化的发展确立为高职院校社会责任的重要使命,作为高职院校战略发展的重要支撑。高职院校的文化建设与发展,包括文化事业与文化产业两大系统。文化建设与发展是高职院校综合实力的集中体现,是高职院校精神风貌的显著特征,是高职院校核心发展力的内在根基。

After studying the main idea of cultural development mentioned in Chinese Communist Party＇ s seventeen sessions of six CCP plenary conferences, the root of cultural development in higher vocational colleges should be taken into account. The cultural consciousness, self- confidence and self- esteem should be strengthened as main support of strategic development in higher vocational colleges. The cultural construction and development in higher vocational colleges includes such two systems as cultural undertakings and cultural industry. Culture construction and development are the concentrated embodiment of comprehensive strength in Vocational Colleges, and are the salient features of vocational colleges＇ spirit, as well as the intrinsic foundation of core development in higher vocational colleges.
