摘要 建立了分散固相萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用测定纺织品中全氟辛烷磺酸的方法.在纺织品样品加入甲醇高速离心,提取液中加入N-丙基乙二胺(PSA),震荡离心后,取上层清液与N,O-双(三甲基硅烷基)三氟乙酰胺(BSTFA)在60℃下衍生化反应60min后直接进样分析,在GC/MS离子选择模式下的定性和定量分析.在10~250μg/L范围内,PFOS具有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.995 7.方法的加标回收率为80.7%~106%,检出限是9.42μg/L. An analytical method to determine perfluorooctane sulfonate(PFOS) in textiles by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS) was developed.The methanol was added into the textiles samples to extract PFOS.Then the mixture was homogenized with high speed and added with N-Ethyldiisopropylamine(PSA).After shaking thoroughly and centrifugation,the upper layer was transferred and reacted with N,O-Bis(trimethylsilyl)trifluoroacetamide(BSTFA) at 60 ℃ for 60 min,and then was diluted for direct analysis.GC/MS with SIM mode was used to determine PFOS.The recovery of PFOS were 80.7%~106% at the level ranging from 10μg/L to 250μg/L.The limit of detection was 9.42μg/L.
