摘要
针对脚手架提升过程中出现的不同步甚至变形等问题,提出了一种新的控制系统.其实现方法为将传感器的实测数据与预设均值相比较,根据差值的大小输出控制信号,通过PLC控制变频器调整提升电机的转速,使各吊点的载荷趋于一致.实际施工验证其变频调整控制系统对附着式整体升降脚手架的升降平衡控制效果良好,完全实现了同步提升的效果,排除了工作过程中存在的安全隐患,且响应速度快,适应性强.
For the issues of not synchronized and even deformation in the process of scaffold lifting,a new control system is proposed.The implementation is that the measured data of sensor are compared with the average default.According to the size of different,the control signal is output,the speed of the enhance motor is adjusted by the drive which controlled by PLC,so that the load of the lifting points are being to accordance.The actual construction project proved that the frequency adjustment control system has a good effect to the balance of scaffold lifting movements,the existence of security risk is excluded in the working process and has fast response,good adaptability.
