国外残疾人社会保障基金管理模式研究

On the Management Model of Social Security Fund for Disabled People Abroad

目前国外残疾人社会保障基金管理模式主要分为三种,即中央集中型、分散型和分层型。在对这三种残疾人社会保障基金管理模式进行全面分析的基础上,提出对我国的几点启示,这样既有助于把握当今世界残疾人社会保障基金管理模式发展的趋势及规律,又能借鉴国外成功的经验,创新我国残疾人社会保障基金管理模式。

There are three major management models of social security fund for disabled persons abroad,that is,centralized type,diversified type and stratified type.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the three management models,this paper summarizes several points enlightening to China,which helps it grasp the development trend of the management model of social security fund for disabled persons in the world,draw on the successful experiences abroad,and innovate its own management model.
