加强学风建设是高职院校实现科学发展、提高人才培养质量与增强大学生思想政治教育实效性的客观要求。高职院校必须深入实施导师制,完善辅导员和班主任工作条例,强化奖惩制度建设,营造良好学习氛围,构建勤工助学保障体系,狠抓就业创业工作,全面加强学风建设。

Strengthening the construction of style of study is the objective requirements for higher vocational colleges to realize scientific development,improve the quality of personnel training and enhance the effectiveness of the ideological and political education.Higher vocational colleges must deeply implement the tutorial system,perfect instructors＇ and class advisers＇ work regulations,strengthen construction of rewards and penalties system,create a good learning atmosphere,build up work-study security system,pay close attention to employment and pioneering work and strengthen the construction of style of study.
