高校债务风险的成因及对策分析

The Factors and Countermeasure Analysis of Debt Risk in Institutions of Higher Learning

近年来,我国高等教育的规模不断扩大,高校现有资源远远不能满足学校发展的需要,因而出现了大规模高标准建设、盲目扩张的倾向,贷款规模急剧扩大,使地方高校财务面临前所未有的危机。本文在深入分析高校贷款风险成因的基础上,提出了加强控制、管理,有效防范高校贷款风险的对策和建议。

In recent years,the scale of higher education in our country is constantly expanding;the existing resources can not meet the needs of the schools＇ development so that it appears a trend of large-scale and high standard construction,blind expansion;loan scope is sharply enlarging,which makes the finance of local colleges and universities be facing the unprecedented crisis.Based on in-depth analysis of the factors of loan risk of institutions of higher learning,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the control and management and effectively prevent the loan risk of institutions of higher learning.
