在住院医师规范化培训逐渐走上正轨的新形势下,针对住院医师规范化培训体制不规范、培训基地水平差异较大、培训积极性不高、考核体系不够完善等问题,应通过规范社会化住院医师培训制度,实现资源共享,提升基层医师水平,明确住院医师培训的重要性和全方位评估反馈,提升住院医师培训质量。

Under the new situation that the residents＇ standardized training gradually is on the right track,aiming at the nonstandard residents＇ standardized training,big differences in the level of training bases,low training enthusiasm,incomplete evaluation system etc.,it should by means of a standard socialized residency training system realize the sharing of resources,enhance the basic level doctors＇ level,be clear about the importance of residency training and the importance of comprehensive assessment feedback and enhance the quality of residency training.
