摘要
文章分析了体育活动对人的心理健康的积极效应以及与体育活动有关的一些心理问题,指出体育锻炼不仅能有效地促进智力的发展、调节情绪、培养良好的意志品质、增强自我概念、改善人际关系,还能增进心理健康,使个体发挥最优的心理效能。
This paper analyzes the physical exercise's positive effects to human mental health and points out that physical exercise can not only effectively promote intellectual development,regulate emotions,develop good volitional quality,enhance self-concept,improve interpersonal relationship,but also enhance mental health and make the individual express optimal psychological effectiveness.
