To protect the ecological environment and create human living environment of sustainable development is the basic task of building in twenty-first Century.The paper analyzes the connotation,features and development trend of ecological intelligent building,makes a typical case study on the ecological intelligent building technology at home and abroad,and shows that the ecological intelligent building is the necessary way in future building design and construction,the most reasonable approach to improving the ecological environment,the inevitable product of emphasizing human environment,environmental protection,resource conservation and sustainable development.
