摘要
采用木材微波预处理专用设备,较系统研究了微波辐射强度、时间和木材初含水率对尾叶桉木材渗透性的影响规律。结果表明:通过微波预处理可以显著提高桉木渗透性;在本研究范围内,微波预处理能使桉木横纹与顺纹方向的常压浸滞染液吸收量最大分别可提高约56%和43%,对应的高压浸注染液吸收量最大分别可提高约413%和62%;随着微波辐射强度和辐射时间的增加,桉木渗透性显著增加;木材初含水率对微波处理材渗透性的影响不显著;微波预处理对桉木横向渗透性的影响明显大于对纵向渗透性的影响,对高压浸注染液吸收量的影响远大于对常压浸渍染液吸收量的影响。
The effects of microwave intensity,heating time and wood initial moisture content on the permeability of E.ucalyptus wood were investigated by microwave pretreatment equipment.The results show that the microwave pretreatment could increase the permeability of Eucalyptus wood significantly;the stain uptake on the transverse and longitudinal direction of wood specimens under atmospheric pressure increased up to 56% and 43%,its corresponding stain uptake under pressure impregnation increased up to 413% and 62%;The microwave radiation intensity and time had a significant positive effect on the permeability of Eucalyptus wood,and the effect of initial moisture content on the permeability of microwave treated wood was not significant.Microwave pretreatment had a more significant effect on the permeability of Eucalyptus wood on transverse direction than that on longitudinal direction,and on stain uptake under pressure impregnation than that under atmospheric pressure.action.
