摘要
采用银盐和经氢氟酸处理的高纯度晶体硅粉反应的方法在晶体硅表面沉积银,制备了Si/Ag复合材料,用XRD、TEM、HRTEM确定了这种复合材料的物相组成和结构,发现银是以晶体的形式沉积在晶体硅表面,绝大部分银晶体粒子的大小在30 nm以下,EDAX分析得出复合材料表面不同位置Si与Ag质量比有比较大的差别。首次提出了将这种Si/Ag复合材料用酚醛树脂或沥青树脂包覆,经裂解得到Si/Ag/无定性C复合核壳结构材料,作为锂离子负极材料的设想。
Silicon/silver composite was prepared on the silicon crystal based on reaction of silver-salt and high purity silicon power which was dealt with hydrofluoric acid.The phase composition and structure of the composite were determined with XRD,TEM and HRTEM,and showed that silver deposited on silicon surface in crystalline form and most silver particle size were less than 30 nm.EDS showed that silicon/silver rate of the composite was big.Silicon/silver/amorphous carbon composite was prepared by the Silicon/silver composite which was coated by phenol-formaldehyde resin or pitch resin and pyrolyzed.This is the first paper reporting that the silicon/silver/amorphous carbon composite was used to anode material of lithium-ion battery.
