摘要
伴随着全球能源的紧张,可再生的生物质颗粒能源越来越受到重视。作为木质颗粒成型机重要零件的环模对成型产品的质量影响较大。环模在工作过程中受力复杂多变,常规的环模的设计都是依据经验。在前辈研究成果的基础上,对环模工作过程中的受力进行了进一步分析,确定了环模内表面的压力分布以及制粒孔内表面的压力分布,研究结果为环模的优化设计提供了理论依据。
Accompanying with the global energy crisis,the renewable biomass particles energy gets more and more widely-concerned.The ring die,as an important part of a wood particles granulator,had a greater impact on product quality.The tradition design of a ring die was based on experiences,because the ring die is loaded some complex and changeable pressure while it works.Based on some senior’ s research results,a study on the ring die,including the pressure distribution on the inner surface of the ring die and on the surface of granulating hole was carried out,the findings can provide a theoretical basis to the optimal design of a ring die.
