摘要
"服务于微生物群落研究的高性能元基因组数据分析平台"是一个服务于新一代微生物群落元基因组研究的应用系统,采用并行化的高性能元基因组分析算法,基于GPGPU CUDA架构和多核心CPU、提供面向互联网的开发共享服务的协同科研平台,从而使得科研工作者、宽带网络、大容量存储设备、高性能计算资源、基因测序仪及其它相关科研仪器、数字文献资源、相关处理算法和工具融为一体,消除了地域、时间、机构之间的边界,提供了全新的科研活动模式。该平台有力的支撑国内外三十多个元基因组研究,进而促进生物能源、环境生物监测与治理、营养与健康等领域针对微生物群落结构与功能的认识与改造。
The High Performance Metagenomics Analysis Platform is an application system works for the next generation research of microbial communities. It is based on the architecture of GPGPU CUDA and multi-core CPU, using high-performance paralle metagenomic analysis algorithm and providing an open Internet cooperating research platform which enables the integration of researchers, networks, storage spaces computing resources, genome sequencers and other devices, digital documents algorithms and tools, and also eliminates the boundaries among different locations times and institutes. Now this platform is supporting more than 30 metagenomic projects of domestic and international to benefit for the metagenomic research in the fields of biological energy, biological environment monitoring and management, nutrition and health and so on.
