摘要
目的:优选猕猴桃根多糖的提取工艺。方法:比较稀醇浸渍法、水煎煮法、回流提取法、超声提取法等4种方法的猕猴桃根多糖提取率,选定提取方法;采用正交试验法,以提取时间(A)、提取次数(B)、水的用量(C)为考察因素,每个因素设计3个水平进行试验,用分光光度法测定猕猴桃根多糖含量,优化提取工艺。结果:超声提取法较好,因素B的影响较大,各因素对猕猴桃根的提取工艺的影响的程度依次为B>C>A。结论:优化的提取工艺为:采用5倍量水超声提取2次,每次1 h。
Objective:To optimize the extraction process of polysaccharide from Actinidia Planch. Methods: :To compare the extraction methods including: dilute ethanolimpregnation extraction, water boiling extraction, reflux extraction, ultrasonic wave assisted extraction. The extraction processes were optimized by the orthogonal test, with factors as time (A) h, frequencies (B) and proportions of solvent ( C), each factors with three levels: The quantites of polysaccharide were determined by the spectrophotometry. Results : The most important factor is B, followed by C and A. Conclusion : The optimal ultrasound extraction process was extracted twice, each time for an hour with five times solvent at volume.
