摘要
目的:观察茯苓、当归、白术、三补4种中药对小鼠肠道正常菌群生长的影响,并探讨其机理。方法:用林可霉素制造小鼠菌群失调模型,以中药灌胃,取小鼠粪便进行肠道菌群检测,pH值测定。同时刮取盲肠上皮细胞进行细菌黏附试验。采用琼脂稀释法进行中药体外药敏试验。结果:菌群失调模型与正常对照相比,大肠埃希菌的菌量明显增多,乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌的菌量在下降。各中药治疗组可降低菌群失调小鼠的pH值,中药白术、三补治疗组吸附的大肠埃希菌、双歧杆菌数与自然恢复组相比有显著性差异。4种中药体外对大肠埃希菌、粪肠球菌均有较好的抑菌作用。结论:所选4种中药对肠道正常菌群均有扶植作用,可降低肠道的pH值,提高双歧杆菌的黏附性,其中尤以白术、三补的效果为佳。
Objective : To view the effect and mechanism of Chinese herbs on intestinal normal flora of mice. Methods : To produce dysbacteria model of mice by lincomycin, then give intragastric administration. Feces were taked to detect intestinal flora and pH value. The enterocyte were obtained to detect bacterial adhesion. The susceptibility test of Chinese herbs were made by agar dilution. Results : Compared with the contrast control, the amounts of E. Coli were increased, lactobacilli and Bacillus bifidus were decreased. The Chinese herbs could degrade the pH value. Chinese herbs has better effects on E. Coli and Enterococcus faecalis in vitro. Conclusions:The Chinese herbs could foster intestinal normal flora, degrade the PH value and increase adhesiveness of Bacillus bifidus.
