中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病继发肺部真菌感染的临床分析

Treating Secondary Pulmonary Fungal Infection of COPD with Integrated Medicine

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)继发肺部真菌感染的临床疗效。方法:将2006年6月-2010年10月收治的78例COPD继发肺部真菌感染患者随机分为两组,观察组39例采用中西医结合治疗,对照组39例采用单独西药治疗,比较分析两组的疗效。结果:观察组有效率为92.3%,对照组有效率为71.8%,两组间有显著性差异;两组的不良反应发生率比较,无显著性差异。结论:中西医结合治疗COPD继发肺部真菌感染疗效满意,且安全性好,值得推广应用。

Objective： To explore the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases （COPD） with secondary pulmonary fungal infection. Methods： From December 2006 to July 2010 in our hospital, 69 cases of COPD with secondary pulmonary fungal infection were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group （39 cases） were treated by integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, the control group 139 cases） were treated by Western medicine alone, the efficacies of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results： The effective rate in observation group was 92.3% and that in the control group was 71.8%, there was asignificant difference between the two groups; there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups. Conclusion： Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of COPD with secondary pulmonary fungal infection has satisfactory effect and good safety and it is worth spreading.
