摘要
介绍了一般轨道交通土建工程现场风险管理实施的方法与流程。结合苏州轨道交通1号线广济路车站和人民路车站现场风险管理实施经验,介绍了开展建设期施工阶段风险管理的现场风险管理和工作内容。现场风险管理结合了风险评估与动态管理的优点,可以实现动态风险管理的目标。
Recently, accidents in urban rail transit construction happened frequently, thus, more and more attention is paid by engineers on site risk management. The implementation of risk management on engineering construction is only in a short period in China, due to the lack of experience. Suzhou is one of the earliest cities to implement risk management on site. Until August 2010, there have no accidents happened during the construction, risks threatening people, economy and society are redueed. This has accumulated rich experiences for Line 2 and Line 4 that followed. A brief introduction of implement measures of in-situ risk management for rail transit construction is made, combined with a real project-Guangji Rd Station and Renmin Rd Station of Suzhou Rail Transit Line 1, details of the implement measures are presented.
