垂直管中定常螺旋流涡量特性的PIV试验研究 被引量:8

摘要 为了研究螺旋流场中的涡量特征分布,提高流体传质效率,利用激光粒子测速系统(PIV)对垂直管中不同介质的螺旋流场进行了测量,并利用Tecplot对螺旋流的涡量进行了显示和局部涡量场提取,研究了不同切向速度下,不同介质的螺旋流涡量场分布特点和其局部涡量特征。结果显示,螺旋流的涡量具有贴壁特征,随着切向速度的增加,螺旋流的涡量强度增大,正涡和负涡交换的频率增大,有利于提高流体传质效率。 To study the characteristics in the distribution of the spiral vortex flow, to improve the efficiency of mass transfer of fluid. The Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV) is used to messure the spiral flow field of the vertical pipe in the different media condition, the spiral flow vortex were displayed and the local vorticity field is extracted using Tecplot, To study the distribution of the vorticity field of the spiral flow and the local vorticity features in the different tangential velocities and spiral flow of different media. The results showed that the spiral vortex flow characteristics with adherence, with the increase in tangential velocity, the vorticity of the spiral flow increases, the positive and the negative vortex increases the frequency of exchange is helpful to improve the efficiency of mass transfer of fluid.
