马克思高度重视人的生存权利和工人阶级的切身利益,其著作中的社会保障思想对我国建立现代社会保障制度仍具有巨大的现实意义。马克思从单个的人和人的类存在角度指出建立社会保障制度是人的本质的需要;从实现必要劳动价值角度指出社会保障是社会再生产顺利进行的基础;从社会再分配角度指出社会保障对公平和效率具有独特调节作用;从社会贫困救济角度指出社会保障是历史发展的必然要求和政府职能的重要体现。

Karl Marx paid great attention to human＇s right to subsistence and the vital interest of the working class.The thoughts of social security derived from his works still have a great practical significance for China in establishing the modern social security system.From the aspect of individual and Para-life,Marks pointed out that establishing the social security system is the demand for the nature of human being;as for the point of necessary labor,he indicated that realizing necessary labor value is the foundation of securing the working class and social reproduction;In respect of the social redistribution,he put forward that social security have the unique regulating effects on fairness and efficiency;From the point of rescuing the impoverished social stratum,Marx pointed out that social security is the inevitable requirement of historical development as well as the fundamental embodiment of government＇ function.
