高耗能用户电炉无功补偿装置故障原因分析及对策

摘要 海南电网龙羊鑫源厂12 500 kVA矿热电炉变无功补偿装置在运行中,多次发生熔断器群爆故障,部分电容器组鼓胀严重,经分析故障原因与生产工艺有密切关系。结合生产工艺采取有效对策适当降低补偿量,确保了无功补偿设备正常投切及地区电网安全稳定运行。 The 12500kVA furnace reactive power compensation device of Hainan power grid' s Longyang Xinyuan factory has occurred colony fusing failure in operation, and parts of capacitor bank has been seriously expanded, it has tested that the fault has compact connection with the production technique. The paper proposes effective countermeasure of thus ensures reactive power compensation equipment normal operation and stable operation of regional power grid.
