水轮机主轴密封是水轮机的一项重要保护,可防止压力水从主轴和顶盖之间冒出,破坏油润滑水导轴承,影响机组安全稳定运行。文章从李家峡水电站机组在停机状态下主轴密封水自动投入后频繁退出的原因着手,针对主轴密封减压阀存在问题进行分析,提出了解决办法,并运用到实际运行中。

Main shaft sealing is an important protection of hydraulic turbine, it prevents pressure water from bursting between main shaft and head cover, and damaging oil lubrication guide bearing, even influencing safe and stable operation of units. The paper makes analysis on existed problems of main shaft sealing relief valve from main shaft sealing water automatic launching frequently quit reason of Lijiaxia hydraulic power station under stoppage situation, and proposes solution as well as adopts it in practical operation.
