摘要
以牡丹品种百园红霞为试材,研究了采前1-MCP(1-甲基环丙烯)处理对牡丹切花开花衰老进程的影响。试验结果表明,采前1-MCP喷洒和熏蒸处理能降低牡丹切花的呼吸强度,延缓开放进程,延长瓶插寿命,但切花的花径减小。
With the variety ‘Baiyuanhongxia’ as material,the effect of pre-harvest 1-MCP on the senescence of cut flower of tree peony was studied in this paper.The results indicated that pre-harvest application of 1-MCP decreased the postharvest respiration intensity,prolonged the flowering period and extended the life of tree peony cut flower,but reduced its flower diameter.
