分步滴定法制备YAG荧光粉

Preparation of YAG∶Ce Yellow Phosphor by Step-by-sty Precipitation Method

摘要 采用分步滴定沉淀法在室温下制备Y3-xCexAl5O12荧光粉,采用0.1mol/L的碳酸氢铵和氨水做为沉淀剂,将其分步滴入金属盐离子混合液中。研究了pH、助熔剂浓度、溶剂等对荧光粉发光性能的影响。结果表明,Ce作为激活中心,最佳掺入量为0.06,pH=8时制备出的样品发光性能最优,采用4%的氟化钠荧光粉强度最高,采用80%的乙醇代替水制备的荧光粉发光性能最好,制成的荧光粉粒径为15μm左右。 Y3-xCexAl5O12 yellow phosphor was prepared by step-by-sty precipitation method,and 0.1mol/L ammonium bicarbonate and aqueous ammonia were used as precipitants.Effects of pH value,flux concertration and sovent on luminescent performance of the phosphor were investigationed.When pH value is 8,cerium content is 0.06,and 80% ethanal and 4% NaF are used as solvent and flux,respectively,YAG phosphor with the best perfprmance can be obtained.
