更昔洛韦联合复方甘草酸苷治疗带状疱疹的疗效观察

Efficacy of treatment of herpes zoster by Ganciclovir combined with compound glycyrrhizin

目的观察更昔洛韦联合复方甘草酸苷治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法将70例带状疱疹患者随机分为两组,治疗组35例,给予更昔洛韦联合复方甘草酸苷治疗;对照组35例,给予更昔洛韦治疗,比较两组止疱、结痴、止痛、痊愈时间及后遗神经痛发生率。结果治疗组总有效率为80.9%,明显优于对照组的54.3%(P<0.01),后遗神经痛发生率两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论更昔洛韦联合复方甘草酸苷治疗带状疱疹疗效明显优于单用更昔洛韦。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of joint compound glycyrrhizin ganciclovir treatment of herpes zoster.Methods Totally 70 cases of herpes zoster were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group,35 patients received ganciclovir combined glycyrrhizin therapy;In control group 35 patients received ganciclovir treatment were compared only blisters,knot crazy,pain,recovery time and the incidence of PHN.Results the symptoms and signs subsided significantly shorter than the control group（P0.01）,The incidence of PHN was no significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusions Ganciclovir combined glycyrrhizin therapy of herpes zoster significantly better than with ganciclovir.
