口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤术后软组织缺损的修复

Repair methods of soft tissue defect after surgical resection of oral malignant tumor

目的探讨口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者术后软组织缺损的修复方法及临床效果。方法从2005—2009年治疗的32例恶性肿瘤患者,若术中冰冻切片证实无颈淋巴结转移,同期行胸锁乳突肌肌皮瓣修复,若术中冰冻切片证实有颈淋巴结转移,同期行胸大肌肌皮瓣修复。结果术后面部外形恢复满意,29例皮瓣一期成活,3例皮瓣二期成活。随访1～4年,30例术后无复发或转移,1例术后复发,肝转移死亡,1例术后全身骨转移死亡。结论口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤切除后,同期行胸锁乳突肌肌皮瓣修复或胸大肌肌皮瓣修复软组织缺损的修复提高了患者的生存质量。

Objective To discuss the effect of repair for soft tissue defect in oral malignant tumor.Methods From 2005 to 2009,32 patients of surgical resection in oral malignant tumor were cured on repair with sternocleidomastoid muscle flap or pectoralis major muscle flap by the results of introperative frozen section.Results The facial appearance were satisfied,29 cases of flap were A period of survival,3 cases of flap were two period of survival.32 patients were revisited from 1-4 years.30 patients were no recurrence and metastasis.1 patient was died because of recurrence,1 patient was died because of osseous metastasis.Conclusions The oral and maxillofacial malignant tumor after resection,combined with sternocleidomastoid myocutaneous flap or pectoralis major myocutaneous flap to repair soft tissue defect can improve the patient＇s quality of life.
