经尿道汽化电切治疗前列腺增生100例疗效分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨经尿道前列腺汽化电切(TUVP)治疗前列腺增生临床疗效及并发症情况。方法采用回顾性分析的方法,分析本院收治的前列腺增生的100例患者的临床资料及治疗情况。结果本组100例手术时间56~189min,平均86min;住院时间8~12d,平均10d,无永久性尿失禁,无死亡病例。治疗后IPSS评分、QQL评分、Qmax及PUV评分均较治疗前明显好转(P<0.05)。结论 TUVP是一种安全、有效、微创的治疗BPH的方法。 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and complications of transurethral resection for prostatic hyperplasia.Methods A retrospective analysis of methods to analyze our hospital 100 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia in patients with clinical data and treatment.Results Totally 100 cases of operative time 56~189min,an average of 86min;Hospital stay was 8~12d,an average of 10d,no permanent urinary incontinence,with no deaths.After treatment,IPSS score,QQL score,Qmax and PUV score significantly improved compared with before treatment(P0.05).Conclusions TUVP is a safe,effective,minimally invasive method of treatment of BPH.
