2型糖尿病伴发冠心病患者临床及冠状动脉造影特点分析

Clinical and angiographic characteristics of patients with type 2 diabetes and coronary heart disease

目的分析2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者冠脉造影特点,为临床诊治提供参考。方法回顾性分析2009年1月至2011年8月亳州市人民医院收治的40例2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者冠脉造影资料,并与本院同期收治的40例单纯性冠心病患者冠脉造影资料进行比较,分析两组患者冠脉造影资料之间的异同,为临床诊治提供数据支持。结果冠心病合并2型糖尿病组与对照组在各方面无明显统计学差异,冠心病合并2型糖尿病组的双支和单支血管病变发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),而弥漫性病变及多支血管病变的发生率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者多伴有高血压、高血脂、无痛性心绞痛史,其冠脉病变为多支弥漫病变。

Objective To analyze patients with type 2 diabetes and coronary heart disease coronary angiography for clinical reference.Methods A retrospective analysis from January 2009 to August 2011 in our hospital,40 patients with type 2 diabetes,coronary heart disease in patients with coronary angiography,and treated with the same period in hospital,40 cases of simple coronary angiography in patients with coronary heart disease compared two groups and clinical data analyzed similarities and differences between coronary angiography for the diagnosis and treatment.Results Coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes group and control group in all respects was no significant difference in coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes support group,double-and single-vessel disease were significantly lower than the control group（P0.05）,and diffuse lesions and multivessel disease were significantly higher（P0.05）.Conclusions Patients with type 2 diabetes and coronary heart disease with hypertension,high cholesterol,history of angina pain,and its multi-vessel coronary artery disease as a diffuse disease.
