重视对比剂肾病的防控 被引量:2

摘要 自1954年Bartels等[1]报道了首例对比剂肾病(CIN)后,半个多世纪以来专家学者对其认识逐渐加深。CIN目前已是仅次于肾灌注不足和肾毒性药物引起的医院获得性急性肾损伤的第三大常见原因,占全部医院获得性急性肾损伤的11%[2]。
