血管平滑肌肌浆网膜RyR2调节血管反应性的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 血管平滑肌细胞肌浆网RyR2介导内钙的释放是调节血管平滑肌张力及其对血管活性物质反应性的重要环节。不同的蛋白分子(如FKBP12.6与sorcin)通过与雷诺定敏感受体2(ryanodinereceptor 2,RyR2)结合形成复合子构成RyR2的不同激活方式,在血管张力调节中具有截然不同的作用;与失血性休克病生过程密切相关的组织缺血缺氧、ATP缺乏、氧自由基等均可诱导FKBP12.6及/或sorcin与RyR2的解离,通过调节肌浆网RyR2介导的内钙释放并偶联不同的胞内信号通路,参与外周动脉血管对血管活性物质反应性的降低。
