摘要
表观遗传学研究的是除遗传密码序列改变以外的,在基因表达过程中产生的可遗传的改变。在复杂疾病中,基因与环境的相互作用为表观遗传学机制包括组蛋白乙酰化和DNA甲基化所调控。本文总结并讨论了DNA甲基化和组蛋白修饰在高血压病、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、心肌肥大和心力衰竭的角色和作用机制。
