精神活性物质对热休克蛋白70表达的影响 被引量:3

摘要 热休克蛋白70(Hsp70)是热休克蛋白家族中最重要的一类蛋白,广泛存在于原核生物和真核生物中,结构较为保守,主要发挥分子伴侣、抗凋亡以及免疫调节功能。精神活性物质可导致高体温,诱导细胞应激,促进细胞凋亡,在非致死剂量下可使细胞内Hsp70适应性表达增高。本文以吗啡、甲基苯丙胺、酒精、可卡因为例,阐明它们对Hsp70表达的影响和涉及的分子机制,为精神活性物质与Hsp70相关性的研究提供一定参考。
