血清胱抑素C在急性脑梗死诊断中的意义

Role of serum cystatin C in diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction

目的:探讨血清胱抑素C(cystatin C,Cys C)在急性脑梗死诊断中的意义。方法:对60例急性脑梗死患者(脑梗死组)和40例健康体检者(对照组)的血清Cys C、血糖(Glu)和血脂水平进行检测,并对Cys C与脑梗死及其他危险因素的关系进行分析。结果:脑梗死组血清Cys C水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。急性脑梗死患者Cys C水平与其Glu、脂蛋白α水平呈正相关关系。结论:Cys C与其他脑梗死因素共同参与了脑梗死的发生、发展,联合检测有利于急性脑梗死的预测、诊断和预后判断。

Objective：To explore the value of serum cystatin C（ Cys C） in diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction（ACI）. Methods：The serum level of Cys C,blood glucose and lipid in 60 cases of ACI and 40 healthy controls were detected,and a contrastive analysis was conducted. The relationship between the level of Cys C and the risk factors for cerebral infarction was analyzed. Results：The level of Cys C in the ACI group was higher than that in the healthy control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The serum level of Cys C was positively correlated with the blood glucose and the lipid. Conclusions： Serum Cys C combined with other factors participate in the genesis and development of cerebral infarction. Joint detection may be of help to the prediction, diagnosis and prognosis of ACI.
