随着自动化技术的发展,现场设备的远程监控技术应用越来越广泛。重点介绍了西门子S7-200PLC和4台HGM6300发电机组自动化智能仪表之间基于MODBUS协议的通讯系统的设计及实现。系统可以远程监控发电机组的电压、电流、功率等参数及进行远程控制功能,确保了机组的安全、可靠运行。
With the development of automation tecnnotogy, ~x~, o becomes more widespread, Modhus protocol is an open communication protocol introduced by the MODICON Corporation, It widely used in industrial control. This paper focuses on the design and implementation of communication systems based on modbus protocol between the Siemens S7-200 PLC and automated smart meters of 4 HGM6300 generator. This system can remotely monitor generator voltage, current, power and other parameters and to carry out remote control functions. This ensures the safe, reliable operation of generator set.
