标准化建设在装封箱机组管理上的应用

The application of standardization construction in case packers' management

文章以长沙卷烟厂的YP13装封箱机组为研究对象,采用了标准化管理理论、系统论的方法,分析了影响YP13装封箱机组运行效率和产品质量保障能力的原因,并进行针对性的分析和研究。根据装封箱机组的工作原理以及我厂实际使用情况提出了切实可行的解决方案,设计出相应的改进项目以及对应的管理程序,投入使用并使其标准化。实践证明,装封箱机组的月故障停机次数减少,停机时间变短,取得了预期的效果。

This paper taking Changsha Cigarette Factory YP13 case packer as the research object,using standardized management theory,system theory method,analyses the causes that influence the efficiency and product quality guarantee ability of YP13 case packer and studies them accordingly, and through targeted analysis and research.The feasible solution is based on the working principle of case packer and the actual conditions in our factory, the related improving items and managing contents have been designed and put into use in standard way.Practice has proved, case packer monthly downtime reduced, shutdown time becomes shorter, and achieved the desired results.
