摘要
文章针对潜香物质(以苯甲醇糖苷为研究对象)在烟草中的加香进行了阈值的梯度试验、潜香物质和单体的对比试验、加香试验3个方面的研究。
Against the application of potential aroma material in tobacco flavoring (taking benzyl alcohol glycoside as research object), this paper studies the three aspects of the gradient test of threshold, the contrast test of potential aroma material and monomer and the flavoring test.
