基于因子分析法和层次分析法的企业技术创新能力评价研究——以广东省高技术企业为例

An empirical research on technological innovation of the enterprises based on the factor analysis and the hierarchy analysis ——taking the hi-tech enterprises of Guangdong province as examples

文章在参阅既有研究文献的基础上,精选了8个企业技术创新能力测量指标,并以广东省高技术企业为研究对象,设计了技术创新能力指标体系。最后,用因子分析法和层次分析法分别对企业技术创新能力进行了分析。

Based on the existing research,this article selects eight enterprise technology innovation ability measurement index, and takes the High-tech Enterprises in Guangdong as research object,designs the technological innovation ability index system.And finally, using the Factor Analysis and the Hierarchy Analysis to analysis the technological innovation ability of Enterprises.
