摘要
网络时代,企业开始采用网络营销策略赢得顾客满意,进而达到顾客忠诚,最终使顾客感动。文章通过分析影响顾客忠诚的驱动因素,提出网络营销环境下顾客忠诚度的培养方式,以期为实行网络营销的企业提供一些借鉴。
Enterprises are beginning to use network marketing strategy to win customer satisfaction, get customer loyalty and eventually make the customer moved in network times.This article analyzes of driving factors impacted customer loyalty, and then puts forward customer loyalty training mode in network marketing environment hoping to provide some references to network marketing enterprises.
