羊柴花药培养研究进展

NEW ADVANCE IN ANTHER CULTURE OF HEDYSALUM FRUTICOSUM

本文报道了第一株羊柴花药再生苗的培养过程以及获得绿色细胞无性系的经过。阐述了羊柴花培研究中存在的主要问题及难点,分析了造成愈伤组织分化困难及死亡的原因,同时提出了深入研究时应注意的几个方面。

This paper reports the process of getting the first regenerated seedling from anther callus of Hedysalum fruticosum and the course of obtaining the green cell colone, and expounds the main problems and difficulties in anther culture of Hedysalum fruticosum. It also anaysis the probable causes which leds the callus to die or to differentiate hardly. Meanwhile it gives out several aspects which should be paid more attention to anther culture of Hedysalum fruticosum.
