摘要
分析影响燃煤锅炉NOx排放浓度的各种因素,给出了各个因素的定性和定量关系。通过曲线拟合方法,得到了NOx排放浓度预测公式,并依此开发出了适用于四角切圆燃烧锅炉的NOx排放浓度预测系统。实际应用结果表明,该系统预测NOx排放浓度准确性较高,其预测值与实测值之差约为10mg/m3(标准状态),可以作为锅炉低NOx燃烧器改造设计的辅助工具。
All factors affecting NOx concentration emitted from coal fired boilers have been analysed,the qualitative and quantitative relationship among these factors being given.The formula for predicting NOx emission concentration has been obtained through curve fitting method,and a prediction system suitable to boilers with corner tangential firing being developed.Results of practical application show that the said prediction system has stronger prediction ability and higher accuracy,the difference between the predicted value and the actual value is in a range of 10 mg/m3(standard condition).
