摘要
通过分析微燃机热力过程及微燃机变工况特性模型,与微燃机基础模型进行耦合形成可预测微燃机在不同环境温度、不同背压条件下关键热力性能参数输出的微燃机热力模型。以微型热电冷联产系统(CCHP)C30型微燃机为例,将其微燃机发电量、烟气温度、烟气质量流量的测试值与仿真结果进行对比。结果表明,微燃机热力模型能较好地反映其在不同环境温度和背压条件下的热力性能,且计算效率较高。
Through analysis of the thermal process of micro-gas-turbine(MGT) and of the performance model under variating condition of said MGT,a thermodynamic model of MGT,which can be used to predict the key thermodynamic performance parameters' output under different ambient temperature and different back-pressure conditions,has been formulated by coupling with the basic model of MGT.Taking the C30 type MGT in CCHP sytem as an example,the measured kWh generated from said MGT,the temperature and mass flow of flue gas from siad MGT have been compared with the emulated results,it shows that the said thermodynamic model can more perfectly reflect the thermodynamic output from the MGT under different ambient temperature and back-pressure conditions,and boasting higher calculation efficiency.
