STUDY ON SERVICING BEHAVIOR OF BOILER TUBES MADE FROM 18-8 AUSTENITIC STAINLESS STEEL(2)

摘要 采用光学显微镜、透射电镜和X射线衍射仪等对不同服役时间的TP304H不锈钢锅炉管样品的微观组织进行了试验研究,分析讨论了非稳定化不锈钢锅炉管在服役过程中微观组织的变化特征。研究表明,TP304H不锈钢锅炉管随着服役时间的延长,其滑移线、孪晶和层错逐渐消失,位错密度逐渐降低,位错线变直,晶界第二相数量逐渐增多,尺寸逐渐增大。 Through the means of optical microscope,penetrating electronograph,and X-ray diffraction meter etc.,the microscopic structure of boiler tube samples made-from TP304H stainless steel in different servicing times has been tested and studied,the variation behavior of microscopic structure in servicing period of the boiler tubes made from non-stabilized stainless steel being analysed and discussed.Study shows that the slip line,bending crystal,and disordered lamination have gradually eliminated as the servicing time is lengthened,the density of disordered location is gradually reduced,the line of disordered location is straightened,the number of second-phase on grain boundaries is gradually increased,and their size being gradually enlarged.
