摘要
某660MW机组引风机为1 000r/min的高速风机,在机组满负荷运行时其轴承温度高达90℃(报警值)以上。对此,经计算,将轴承的冷却风道由3个增加为5个,使轴承温度下降至73.38℃。改造后的试运行结果表明,在机组满负荷运行工况下,引风机轴承温度正常,可实现长期稳定运行。
The induced draf(ID) fan of one 600 MW unit is a 1 000 r/min high-speed air fan,the heightened speed of revolution makes the bearing temperature to reach the alarm value of 90 ℃.For this,through calculation,the number of cooling air ducts is increased from three to five,the bearing temperature can be reduced from 90 ℃ to 73.38 ℃.The trial operation after retrofitting shows that the bearing temperature of the ID fan is normal under full load operation of unit,the long-term stable operation can be realized.
